W - INT REPI RANDOM

Press these buttons to operate CD play.

Press

Load or eject a disc.

Pause play.

The track number and elapsed playing

time flash.

To resume play, press CD again.

Skip to the next track with a shorl

press

(for less than 0.5 second).

Each extra press skips forward one

extra track.

To search forward rapidly, press and

hold W until the desired parl is

played, then release it.

Fiestarl the track currently in play with a

short press (for less than 0.5 second).

Each extra press skips backward one

extra track.

To search backward rapidly, press and

hold M until the desired part is

played, then release it.

Notes

● You can neither insert nor eject a disc when the

unit is not turned on.

● Smaller 3-inch (8 cm) CDs cannot be played on

this unit. And do not use an adaptor as it may

cause malfunctioning.

● When you inserta disc, CD play stattsat the first

track on the disc. In other cases (when switching

from the radio operation or turning on the unit),

CD play starts at the point on the disc where it

had stopped previously.

●A disc can be inserted by putting it into the disc

compartment slot, and either pushing it lightly

with fingers or pressing A.

Press INT during CD play.

The “SCAN” indication appears and the first 10

seconds of all the tracks on the disc are played in

order.

When the desired track is found, press lNTagain,

The unit returns to the normal CD play.

Press REP1 during CD play.

The “REPEAT 1” indication appears and the

currently selected track is played repeatedly,

Press REPI again to cancel Repeat play,

Note

One disc repeat (REP) is a function used for CD

changers. However, when you play a disc on this

unit, one disc repeat function is always activated

even if REP is not pressed.

Press RANDOM during CD play.

The “RANDOM indication appears and the tracks

on the disc are played randomly.

Press RANDOM again to cancel Random play.

Note

During Random play, even If K is pressed

repeatedly, the track currently in play is restarted.
