ERASING A SINGLE TRACK

Insert an MD and play back the track to be erased.

Press the EDIT button repeatedly until Track Erase

? appears on the display.

Within 10 seconds, press the ENTER button.

The display changes to Erase ??.

Make sure that it is all right to erase the track.

To cancel erasing the track, press the s button.

Within 1 minute, press the ENTER button.

TOC-EDIT flashes and the contents of the editing are

registered.

When erasing the track during playback, TOC-EDIT flashes

after stopping playback.

MD EDITING

ERASING TRACKS

ERASING ALL TRACKS ON A DISC

NOTE

If you erase all the tracks, you cannot retrieve them again.

Insert an MD and press the FUNCTION button on

the remote control to select the MD function.

In stop mode, press the EDIT button repeatedly

until All Erase ? appears on the display.

Within 10 seconds, press the ENTER button.

The display changes to Erase ??.

Make sure that it is all right to erase all tracks.

To cancel erasing tracks, press the s button.

Within 1 minute, press the ENTER button.

TOC-EDIT flashes and the contents of the editing are

registered.

After completion or the erasure, "Blank Disc" is displayed.
